Working principle of self-cleaning filter (brush type)
The self-cleaning filter is composed of motor, electric cabinet, control pipeline (including control valve and differential pressure variator), main pipe assembly, filter element assembly, stainless steel brush, frame assembly, transmission shaft, inlet and outlet connecting flange and other main parts. The electric control box and control pipeline constitute the control part of the filter, which is used to realize the automatic cleaning and sewage discharge process.
The liquid to be treated enters the body at an inlet, and the impurities in the liquid are deposited on the stainless steel net, resulting in differential pressure. The change of inlet and outlet differential pressure is monitored through the differential pressure switch. When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the electric controller sends a signal to the control valve and driving motor, causing a series of actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element, and controls the blowdown valve to open for blowdown.
The whole cleaning process only lasts for tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, close the control valve, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to the initial state, Start the next filtration process.
After the equipment is installed, the technicians will carry out commissioning and trial. When setting the filtration time and cleaning conversion time, the electric controller will send signals to the control valve and drive the motor, causing the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element, and the control valve is opened to discharge the sewage.
