Sintered metal filter for precision filtration product description:
Sintered metal filter is made of sintered metal powder or sintered wire mesh. The aim is to create a material that is strong enough to ensure its mechanical strength and also to provide a porous structure that can be used as a filter medium. Sintering (diffusion bonding) is the process of combining heat and pressure in a high temperature furnace, which makes the whole structure rigid and has high porosity. Sintered metal filters can be made in different formats, such as cartridge, disc, laminate, cylinder, either of which is ideal for process filtration applications requiring high strength, excellent corrosion and high temperature resistance.

Precautions in use powder sintering filter candle
Powder sintered filter candle is a kind of consumable. Although it is more durable than other filter components, it should be noted not to scratch and touch, smash, fall and other phenomena during cleaning and disassembly, so as to prevent injury to human body. Do not use tools to apply force to the surface of the filter element.
In general, filtrate is filtered from the outside of the filter to the inside. Reverse filtering is not recommended.
During filtration, slowly pressurize to the required working pressure. Do not open the valve and pressurize it quickly.
When the maximum working pressure is less than or equal to 50% of the filtration efficiency, it is necessary to backwash with clean air or clean liquid in time.
In the process of backwashing and backwashing, the filter candle of powder sintering is generally backwashed with pure gas. The backwash pressure is 1.2-1.5 times of the working pressure. The backwash time is 3-5 seconds each time, and the operation is repeated for 4-6 times. After that, the filter candle is backwashed with clean liquid and backwashed for 3-5 minutes for 2-3 times
If the filter element is backwashed and backblown, the pressure loss is still serious, and it should be cleaned in time.
