Sintered Wire Mesh Filter characteristic :
Sintered candle filter, also known as sintered metal candle filter and metal candle filter element, is made of high-quality sintered wire mesh. The sintered wire mesh has five layers, including protective layer, precise control layer, dispersion layer and two reinforcing layers. Compared with perforated candle filter, sintered candle filter has larger filtering area and higher filtering accuracy. Sintered wire mesh is an ideal filter material with high mechanical strength and good overall stiffness. The sintered candle filter absorbs the advantages of the former. It has many excellent properties, such as strong corrosion resistance, high structural strength, excellent permeability and high filtration accuracy. This metal material can be made into pleated candle filters or custom designed.
